The Firm
John Paoluccio Consulting Engineers, Inc., is a privately owned consulting firm. Other companies separately started by John Paoluccio to promote patented products are Pro-Tex International, Inc. and Inventive Resources, Inc.

JPCE has provided a wide range of consulting services throughout Central California since 1972. JPCE specializes in mechanical and HVAC systems for new and remodel projects.

JPCE / Scanning specializes in scanning engineering drawings and converting the image files to CAD files. Scanning is the first step in establishing a Engineering Document Management System (EDMS).

The Owner
John A. Paoluccio, Principal, Mechanical (M-15046), Fire Protection (F-248), Agricultural (A-309) holds a B.S. Degree from California State Polytechnic College, San Luis Obispo, in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Membership and service include; ASHRAE, AFE, CELSOC, The Stanislaus County Waste Advisory Committee and The Red Tape Task Force. Mr. Paoluccio also holds 14 U.S. Patents.

The Staff
JPCE has a highly qualified engineering and drafting staff for handling a wide variety of mechanical projects. As an “Idea” business, we offer successful and creative solutions for commercial and Industrial applications.
